Short Film

Making a short film is an exciting, powerful method of telling your story--to make a difference.  There are those who claim there are only seven stories. But they haven't seen yours.  This is your opportunity to tell it.  In this practical, hands-on course you will explore the basics of writing, budgeting, scheduling, preproduction, filming, editing, and distributing a short film. But more importantly, you will learn the power of collaboration as you and your classmates work together using professional digital technology to produce each of your stories.  This course is perfect for students who are curious about film, plan to use digital media for creative presentations in college, freelance, or fun.
